IZE Light Steamed Green Tea leaves are grown in more extreme light and temperature conditions, giving the leaves more nutrients. The light steaming process maintains as much of these nutrients as possible. Light green in color, a tea that is quite easy to drink.
IZE Extra Light Steamed Tea. Lukewarm water gives this tea a sweeter taste, boiling water a slightly bitter, stronger taste This tea is more sensitive to the type of water used, so filtered water is recommended. It is an elegant gold but clear colour.
IZE Roasted Aroma Green Tea This aromatic tea is easy to drink and good for those who haven't tried green teas before. Once brewed, it is a kind of mid-green colour.
IZE Green Bud Tea is rich and full of flavour. This tea's slightly bitter taste makes it distinctive.
IZE Green Stem Tea is a combination of green tea stems rich in essence. A refreshing, mild, roasted tea. Recommended to brew at a temperature of 70-80℃ (155F - 180F) for 3 minutes. ( Standing longer at higher temperatures can ruin the taste) Easy to drink, some say a good "hangover" tea!

IZE Shizuoka Gyokuro Tea is grown deliberately in reduced sunlight giving it a good flavor, rich in amino acids and low in bitterness. This tea is more sensitive to the type of water used, so filtered water is recommended. Please follow the instructions for "How to make Green Tea".
